CY-15HF ball transfer unit: SP-15 size at half the price, easier to install than CY-15H

Changsha Soperb Machinery has added the CY-15HF to its ball transfer unit line. The new model keeps the familiar SP-15 footprint but arrives at a noticeably lower price - roughly half of what the SP-15 sells for - which makes it a practical choice for conveyor builders and material handling plants that buy in volume.

The CY-15HF uses the same 15.88 mm ball diameter and the same mounting pattern as the SP-15, so existing jigs and fixtures keep working without modification. Compared with the CY-15H, the CY-15HF is simpler to fit: the housing seats directly into a drilled hole and is held by an M8 stud, which cuts installation time on assembly lines and workstations.

Both material versions share the same dimensions and the same load rating. The stainless version is intended for food processing, pharmaceutical and other washdown environments; the carbon steel version is for general manufacturing and logistics.

Typical applications for the CY-15HF include packaging lines, assembly benches, machine tables, roller conveyor junctions and warehouse carts where a low-cost, low-profile ball unit is required. Because the housing is hardened and the ball is retained with a hardened seat, the unit keeps rolling smoothly under sustained load.
